Beard Coalition Returns Policy
At Beard Coalition, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used or opened products
Refunds and Store Credits
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue a store credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
