Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping: 4-7 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing)

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
• Calculated Shipping: For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated with live rates from USPS at the time of checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

• Domestic addresses
• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• International destinations, unless prohibited by law

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Customers can access their tracking information in their customer account on our website and will also receive notifications via email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, and fees that may apply in their destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, Beard Coalition is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. We will assist you in this process as much as possible.
